Divergent Book Review

Veronica Roth is a remarkable author. She studied creative writing at Northwestern University in Illinois. Veronica Roth was born on August 19, 1988. She was born and raised in a small suburb in Chicago. She dedicates her life to writing and it very passionate about it, particularly about creative writing. Veronica Roth has been working on the Divergent trilogy since her first year in college, the third and final book is planned to come out later this year.
Divergent is a novel about a young teenage girl, Tris, who lives in a dystopian society. Her society is split up into five factions; Dauntless, Abnegation, Candor, Erudite, and Amity. She is forced to choose which faction she wants to devote the rest of her life to. Within each faction come dangers and challenges Tris must overcome; especially when she discovers she is divergent. Being divergent is very hazardous in this dystopian society; normally it leads to death if discovered. She faces immense challenges and is forced to learn to adapt and survive in the new her lifestyle.
I strongly recommend Divergent. Veronica Roth is an incredible vivid writer. Throughout the novel, the imagery and details makes the reader feel almost as if they are part of the novel. Veronica also describes the charters in away where you feel like they are real people and you begin to feel for them when they struggle to adjust in the factions. The thrilling novel is filled with apprehension, betrayal, romance, bravery, and adrenalin.  I recommend this novel to teenagers who enjoy reading novels filled with suspense and excitement. This novel takes you into a new world and takes you along on thrilling journey to the corrupt world of factions.
